The petitioner, who is appointed as Assistant Teacher in the respondent no.3-School run by the respondent no.2-Minority Education Institution, seek a limited relief of direction being issued to respondent no.1 - The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana to take a decision upon the proposal forwarded to him on 04.04.2024 by the Management. Along with the petition, a copy of the Resolution passed by the Management in its meeting dated 05.03.2024 is annexed, which is accorded its approval for the appointment and it is decided that the proposal for obtaining the

913wp5737.24 necessary approval from the Education Officer shall be forwarded forthwith.

In furtherance of this resolution, the proposal is forwarded to the Education Officer on 04.04.2024 with all the necessary documents.

What the petitioner expects is an expeditious decision on this proposal.

Since the prayer is that way simple and innocuous, without issuing notice to the respondents, we deem it appropriate to direct the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana, who is included as respondent no.1 and with whom the proposal is pending, to take a decision upon the said proposal within a period of six weeks from today.

Needless to state that it is open for the Education Officer to seek any further information or necessary documents from the Management before he take up the proposal for consideration. 5.

The order passed above shall be communicated to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana by the learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. H.D. Marathe. 6.

The writ petition is disposed off.
