DATED : SEPTEMBER 25, 2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent No.1 (original claimant), seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court.

It is pointed out in the application that the respondent No.1 is suffering from health problems and further he intends to buy agricultural property for his son.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is partly allowed and the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited in this Court, 50% on furnishing usual undertaking within a period of 3 weeks from today and the balance 50% on furnishing solvent surety within a period of 3 weeks.
