We have given an opportunity to the learned counsel for the petitioner to deposit an amount which has been determined by the Authority.

Apart from above, it is an admitted position on record that there is a statutory remedy of appeal provided against the impugned order. 3.

The petitioner is not willing to deposit the amount. That being so, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to avail an alternate remedy available in law.
