The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondents to decide the review application in second appeal, that was filed against the order of the Appellate Authority dated 28.8.2013, preferably in a time bound manner.

Shri Almelkar, the learned counsel for the respondents, states that the review application filed by the petitioner would be decided by the respondents as early as possible. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, we dispose of the writ petition, with a direction to the respondents to decide the review application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of six months. Order accordingly. No costs.
