Heard Shri Gordey, learned Senior Advocate with Shri Marathe, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Patil, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The subsequent events after orders of this Court dated 29.01.2014 are sought to be placed on record. The learned Senior Advocate states that as per directions issued on 29.01.2014, the petitioner - Sanstha responded to the advertisement and was again selected and its name was recommended for grants but that advertisement was not processed and not taken to its logical end and a third advertisement was advertised. The petitioner again responded and though name of the petitioner was recommended that process was not completed and fourth advertisement came to be issued. The learned AGP is seeking time to verify the facts.

However, as the interim directions are given by this Court and writ petition has been admitted on

1310caw2099.15 14.08.2015, we allow the present civil application. The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

Liberty to the respondents to file additional reply/ reply, if any, within a further period of three weeks. Issue notice to added respondents, returnable on 02.12.2015.

Shri Patil, learned AGP waives notice for the respondents.
