By order dated 5th May, 2015, the claimants were permitted to withdraw fifty per cent amount of compensation on filing usual undertaking. In the present application, it has been stated that respondent nos. 2 [a] to 2 [e] and 5[a] to 5[c] are having 1/6th share each. It is prayed that each set of respondents be

permitted to withdraw 1/6th share.

Considering averments in the application, the same is allowed. Each set of respondents is permitted to withdraw 1/6th amount of compensation in terms of order dated 5th May, 2015.

Civil Application is disposed of.
