This is an application for condonation of delay in filing application for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.4 on record and for setting aside abatement. There is a delay of about 1 year, 3 months and 10 days.

For the reasons stated in the application and as the learned counsel for the proposed Legal Heirs and the learned A.G.P. do not have any objection to allow this application, the application is allowed. The delay in filing the application for bringing LRs and application for setting aside abatement, is condoned.
