Heard. Perused the proposed amendment.

It is stated that though at the time of filing of the writ petition, the rate was charged with effect from the year 2015, by the decision rendered during the pendency of the writ petition, the same is being charged with effect from the year 2005. In our view, this would not change the nature of the petition. Hence, the prayer made in the amendment application is granted. The amendment should be carried out within two weeks.
