DATED : 21-09-2016 The appellant has not been vigilant in prosecuting this application which is pending since November 2012. None appears for the claimant. The learned Advocate for the appellant is not in a position to point out whether the impugned award is executed or whether the amount is deposited before the reference Court.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed. If the amount is not deposited as per the impugned award, the Executive Engineer of the appellant/Corporation shall cause an enquiry in the matter and examine who is at fault for incurring the liability of paying interest to the claimant as per the impugned award. The action taken shall be placed on record of this appeal alongwith an affidavit of the
