This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent, on perusal of the recitals of the FIR and the investigation papers. Considering the prima-facie case against the present applicant, I have shown my disinclination to grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same and prayed for expedite the matter. 4.

The trial court shall expedite the trial and shall dispose of the trial as early as possible.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.

6.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
