Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been filed hence, the applicant be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the trial Court. Learned counsel submits that applicant is behind bar for more than two months. Learned counsel further submits that considering the role attributed to the applicant, the trial Court be directed to expedite the bail application. 3.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of, as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
