It is the case of the petitioner, that though he has made an appropriate representation regarding release of Commutation of Pension, still it is not decided by the respondent authority.

He has brought our attention to the representation dated 25/6/2025 made to the respondent no. 2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola, which according to him, is not decided.

In the peculiar facts of the case, we direct the respondent no. 2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola to decide the representation dated 25/6/2025 in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of this order before the concerned authority
