This is an application for cancellation of bail. In this case, nobody appeared on behalf of the applicant on 31/01/2022, 28/02/2022 and 22/03/2022. Even the applicant has not removed the office objections and supplied copy of the application for making service on the non-applicant No.1, despite the fact that sufficient time was granted.

Moreover, the learned A.P.P. states that the State is not supporting the case of the applicant for cancellation of the bail as there are no supervening circumstances.

In the above stated backdrop, it appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the present application, accordingly it is rejected.
