We see no legal right in the petitioner for claiming allocation of land on burial ground.

However, we expect the Authority to act in terms of the order dated 23.08.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.4549 of 2009 (Kirti Atul Nipankar & ors. vs. State of Maharashtra and ors.). 4.

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
