DATED : 04 - 0 5 -201 The learned Counsel Shri A.J. Thakkar states that the accused did make an attempt to pay the compensation of Rs.50,000/- to the widow of the deceased Smt. Naganbai Piraji Komatwar, however, she was not available.

Shri A.J. Thakkar, learned Counsel seeks leave to deposit the amount in this Court.

The accused is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.50,000/- in this Court.

The registry to ensure that the notice is issued to Smt. Naganbai Piraji Komatwar, R/o Pan Atai, Akot, District Akola and upon being satisfied about the identity of Smt. Naganbai Piraji Komatwar, to permit her to withdraw the said amount.
