This is an application seeking extension of time to surrender before the trial Court.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the certified copy of the judgment passed by this Court dated 10.8.2017 has been received on 4.9.2017, whereas the time to surrender granted by this Court would expire on 10.9.2017. In view of the reasons mentioned the Application, time is extended by three weeks to surrender before the trial Court. The Application stands allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
