Until further orders, there shall be ad-interim stay to the execution of the impugned award on condition that the appellants shall deposit 50% of the amount as per the impugned award (i.e. including the interest and other monetary benefits for which the claimants are held entitled) with the Registry of this Court till 25 th February, 2015. If the amount is not deposited till 25 th February, 2015, the ad-interim stay shall stand vacated and the claimants will be entitled to proceed with the execution.
