CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.I.S. CHEEMA, JJ.
DATED : OCTOBER 19, 2015.
Heard.
Since we were not inclined to entertain the writ petition, as the impugned order is passed in view of the alleged breach of the terms and conditions of the contract, entered between the petitioner and the respondent - WCL, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, so that a civil suit could be filed.
On the prayer made by the learned counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
