It is prayed that the name of the original petitioner be permitted to be substituted by the name of Shri Ravi S/o Suryabhan Mendhe. In Paragraph 5 of the said application, the particulars about the applicant have been mentioned. The substitution is permitted subject to the applicant complying with the provisions of Rule 7 of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010.
