Learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner would be taking steps to fill up the vacant posts in terms of communication dated 27.09.2017 issued by the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur to it.

It is therefore submitted that if such vacant posts are filled, the grievance raised in the writ petition would not survive. Accordingly, with liberty to take the steps as stated in the communication dated 27.09.2017, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
