DATE : November 30, 2015 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 16/01/2014 passed by the trial Court rejecting the application moved by the petitioner to intervene in the proceedings.

Considering reasons assigned in the impugned order, there is no case made out to warrant interference. However, considering the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2006, the proceedings before the trial Court are expedited. The trial Court shall decide R.C.S.No.839 of 2006 by the end of April, 2016. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
