Accepting the explanation given in the applications and considering the facts of the case, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 24th July, 2018 directing dismissal of the appeal agaisnt the Non-applicant/ Respondent No.2 is set aside and the appeal dismissed against the respondent No.2 is restored.

The appellants are permitted to amend the cause title to show correct address of the respondent No.2. The civil applications are allowed accordingly. CIVIL APPLN.NO.589/2015 & F.A. ST. NO.25273/2015. Issue notice to the Non-applicant/Respondent No. 2 on corrected address, returnable on 28th November, 2018.
