The applicant has sought to condone the delay of 404 days in filing an appeal against the judgment and award dated 13/04/2017 passed by the Reference Court, Darwha in L.A.C. No.87/2010.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause to condone the delay, delay is condoned. The applicant shall not be entitled for any interest for the delayed period of 404 days i.e. from the date of the impugned judgment till the date of the application.

The civil application stands disposed of.

Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any.
