The principal contention of the petitioner is that, though he has retired from the service, his provisional pension is not granted. He further says that, if the Authorities are directed to decide the issue of provisional pension, he would be satisfied. Accordingly, we direct the petitioner to submit a detailed representation to the Authorities within a period of two weeks.

The Authorities are directed to decide the representation in respect of issue of provisional pension within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
