The appellant has deposited the amount of cost of Rs. 10,000/- with the Registry on 20.08.2025 and thereby complied with the order of this Court.

In view of the same, the application became infructuous, hence, disposed of as infructuous.

Learned counsel for appellant orally submitted that the applicant wants to prefer an appeal before the Hon'ble Apex Court and therefore, she urged to stay to withdrawal of the amount. However, I do not find substance in her contention since, while passing the order dated 31.07.2025, I have already observed that the appellant deliberately filed a writ petition and thereby deprived the respondents of getting their rights.
