DATE : 08.09.2017 While disposing of earlier Writ Petition/PIL No.5435/2004, we gave liberty to petitioner to file fresh petition if cause still survives. Contentions raised in petition were kept open.

By this civil application, petitioner seeks additional time of four weeks to file said writ petition. In this situation, subject to all riders/stipulations in the judgment dated 11/8/2017, we extend time by four more weeks.
