Heard applicant No.1 in extenso.

By the present application, the applicants are seeking for quashing of FIR registered with Police Station Lakhandur vide Crime No.3032 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 295 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. During the course of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Shri S.B. Ahirkar submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge-sheet is already filed before the Court of law. Applicant No.1 Niwrutti S/o .....2/-

apl739.15 Premsagar Meshram, who himself is an Advocate, submits that the charge-sheet is already filed and he is having copy of the said charge-sheet with him. Submissions of applicant No.1, at this stage, cannot be entertained in view of the fact that the applicants wish that this Court, at this stage, should entertain about the niceties of the evidence collected by the investigating officer during course of the investigation. Surely this is not the stage. In view of filing of the charge-sheet the present application is disposed of.

However, liberty is granted to the applicants to move appropriate application before the appropriate Court. It is made clear that it shall open for the applicants to raise all contentions which are raised by the applicants in the present application.

The trial Court shall attempt to make all efforts to expedite the matter.
