This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that very less compensation is awarded towards the acquisition of the land of the applicants. He submitted that the applicants are the agriculturists and have no source of income and are poor, illiterate persons. Therefore, it took time to take further steps. So also, it took time to take proper legal assistance.

The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

The delay caused is due to bona fide with sufficient reasons. Hence, the same is condoned. The application is allowed.

The appeal be registered.
