Prayer is to permit the claimants to withdraw balance amount of compensation on furnishing solvent surety/security. Reference is made to the earlier order dated 12.06.2014 and averments made in para 5 of the civil application .

Application is opposed by the counsel for the appellant on the ground that 50% amount of the compensation is already withdrawn. With a view to protect the interest of the appellant and in view of reasons mentioned in the application the claimants are permitted to withdraw the remaining amount of compensation on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). The amount is permitted to be withdrawn by respondent no. 1-A in her capacity as power of attorney holder. Civil application disposed of.
