DATE D : 26/08/2024 The question raised in this petition is regarding the applicability of the National Pension Scheme in terms of the Government Resolution dated 10.08.2016 to the petitioners.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has filed submission on 06.03.2024, in which, in para 2, it has been stated that the Government Resolution dated 10.08.2016 makes a statement that the DCP (now known as NPS) is applicable to the employees of the Aided Ayurved and Unani Colleges, however, the modalities in that regard is under process of being finalized. 3.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition is allowed in terms of what has been stated in para 2 of the affidavit dated 06.03.2024.

We hope that the modalities for implementing the modalities in terms of the Government Resolution dated

2 26 wp 6261-2023 10.08.2016, would be brought in to place as early as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from today.
