DATE :- OCTOBER 18, 2022 Pursuant to the order dated 26th September, 2022 the Municipal Commissioner has granted an opportunity of hearing to the applicant and has taken a decision with regard to grant of payscale of Rs.8,000-13,500 to the applicant. An order dated 11th October, 2022 has been passed by the Municipal Commissioner holding that the applicant would be entitled to pay-scale of Rs.6,500-10,500 and not Rs.8,000-13,500. The said communication is sought to be challenged by amending the writ petition. Since the aforesaid adjudication is pursuant to the interim direction issued on 26.09.2022, the amendment is allowed. Same be carried out within a period of one week from today. The civil application is disposed of.

Writ Petition No.2406 of 2020 Stand over three weeks to enable the respondents to file their reply to the amended pleadings.
