DATE : 01/08/2025 Learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that respondent No.1 has filed the execution proceedings bearing No.3/2023 before the Executing Court, and a warrant of attachment of the property was issued against the appellant/ Company.

He further submitted that the appellant is ready to deposit the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon in this Court within two weeks and therefore, urged for staying the impugned executing proceedings. His statement is accepted.

In view of the statement, the impugned execution proceeding is stayed subject to the deposit of the compensation amount along with accrued interest in this Court; failing which the stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
