DATED : 22 nd January, 2020 Heard the learned Addl. P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the accused - respondent. We have gone through the depositions of the witnesses which are available on record and also impugned judgment and order. We find from the evidence available on record that prima facie case has been made out for hearing this appeal on merits. The accused to appear before the concerned Sessions Court which shall take necessary action under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The criminal application 838/2018 is accordingly disposed of.
