Learned counsel Shri D.P.Bhongade for the petitioner, submits that in view of the affidavit of Chief Manager Mahesh Kumar, State Bank of India, Ravi Nagar Branch, Nagpur and in view of letter given to the State Bank of India, Ravi Nagar Branch, Nagpur by Investigating Officer of Investi, Jabalpur (M.P.), he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition since only now respondent No.2 can hold Rs.80,000/-.

With the said clarification, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
