By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent nos. 10 and 11 to remove the encroachment made by the respondent nos. 1 to 9 and on the government land.

Shri Pathan, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos. 10 and 11 states on the basis of the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 10 and 11 that encroachment would be removed in accordance with law as early as possible.

In view of aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition by accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent nos. 10 and 11. In the circumstances of the case, there would be no order as to costs.
