A limited prayer is made to declare the action of the respondent Nagar Parishad in utilizing the land bearing Plot No. 57, area 228.24 sq. mtrs, Khasara No. 223/2 , Mouza Wanadongari for construction of public road without following the process of acquisition and without payment of compensation, is illegal.

Be that as it may, since the said issue is not decided till date by respondent no.1, we hereby direct the respondent no.1 to treat the present petition as representation and to decide the issue raised, in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of production of this order. 4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the present petition along with the copy of this order before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
