By this petition, the petitioners have challenged the order of the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur granting approval to the appointment of the respondent No.3 on the post of Assistant Teacher.

It is stated on behalf of the petitioners, who claim to belong to the other faction in the Management, that approval could not have been granted to the respondent No.3 as an Assistant Teacher. It is stated that the respondent No.3 could have been granted approval as Shikshan Sevak only.

We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition at the behest of the persons in the rival group in the Management. Also, we find that the respondent No.3 has filed a writ petition and the approval to the appointment of the respondent No.3 on the post of Assistant Teacher is subject to the result of the writ petition filed by the respondent No.3 bearing Writ Petition No.6798 of 2014.
