Heard Shri Parihar, the learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant and Shri Ekre, the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.2 and 3. None appears for respondent No.1. Perused the orders passed by this Court on 04/01/2013 and 27/03/2015. The statement made by the learned Counsel for the appellant that the entire decretal amount has been deposited in the reference Court on 08/11/2012 is accepted by this Court and the claimant was also permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

In view of this fact, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The application is disposed of.
