It is submitted that Civil Suit No.34/1989 filed by the present respondent No.1 Society - M/s. Jijamata Co-operative Housing Society is still pending. The trial Court shall expedite the matter and dispose it by 5th May, 2018. The present petitioner shall produce copy of this order on the record of trial Court in that civil suit within two weeks.

2 wp5692.15 Any construction or transfer made by the respondent No.6 during the pendency of this writ petition shall be subject to further orders which may be passed in the petition and the respondent No.6 will not claim any equities.
