There is no question of extension of time for the appearance of the petitioner - present applicant before the respondent no.2. The learned counsel for the applicant had undertaken on behalf of the applicant on 6.10.2015 that she would remain present before the respondent no.2 on 19.10.2015. There cannot be any extension of time in a case where the undertaking was given by the applicant.
