This application has been filed by the respondent no.5 seeking cancellation of the bailable warrant issued for securing his presence. Shri A.A. De, learned counsel for the respondent no.5 states that affidavitin-reply would be filed by the next date of proceedings. In view of aforesaid, the bailable warrant issued against the respondent no.5 having been executed and the respondent no.5 having appeared pursuant thereto, the prayer made in the application does not survive. The civil application is therefore disposed of.
