CORAM : V.M. DESHPANDE, J.

DATED :

JULY 7, 2017 This revision application is filed by the applicant-original complainant stating that the Court below has committed mistake in only imposing fine sentence and not awarding jail sentence.

The learned Magistrate convicted the non applicant for an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and directed that the non applicant should pay fine amount of Rs.2,10,000/-. While imposing fine on the non applicant, the court below directed that out of the fine amount, Rs.2,05,000/- should be paid to the present applicant by way of compensation.

I have gone through the judgment delivered by the learned Magistrate. No exception can be taken to the part of the sentence in the aforesaid judgment. No case is made out for interference in the present revision application. The same is therefore rejected. Rule is discharged.
