This is an application for speaking to minutes, urging to correct the inadvertent mistake occurred in passing final order dated 10.06.2019.

It is submitted that the petition was allowed whereby the respondents were directed to place the petitioner in the specified pay band on account of parity with another Peon. It is submitted that since the specific date is mentioned in the operative part the authorities were getting difficult to give effect to the order by fixing the pay band as per pay band of one Shri D.V. Muley, a similarly situated Peon. 3.

Learned AGP as well as learned counsel appearing for the petitioner have no objection to make suggested correction to give effect to the order.

In view of that, we modify the operative order by stating that "the petitioner shall be placed in the appropriate pay band at par with Shri D.V.Muley, who is another similarly situated Peon with effect from 16.11.2004."
