Now, that physical Courts have started functioning, we are of the view that there would be no impediment for the concerned Civil Court in finally deciding the application filed under Order 39 Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure expeditiously and therefore, we direct the concerned Civil Judge Junior Division, Hingana, District Nagpur to decide the application registered as MJC No.3 of 2018, Dilip Vs. R. S. Upadhye, finally in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of the order.

(2) 5.Cri.WP.836.2018 In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of.

The learned Registrar (Judicial) is requested to send the copy of this order to the Civil Judge Junior Division, Hingana.
