It is demonstrated from the record that the petitioner's claim for issuance of validity certificate is sub judice with the respondent No.1-Caste Scrutiny Committee for almost an year.

In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.1-Committee on October 01, 2024. 4.

We direct the respondent No.1-Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case within a period of three months from the date of his appearance before the Committee. 5.
