Diverse prayers are sought in this petition. First is adjudication of inter-se dispute over concerned land between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6, who is stated to be sister-in-law of the Petitioner. For this inter-se dispute a Civil Suit is pending. Then Petitioner has raised grievance regarding mutation entries. As regards mutation entries, the Petitioner would have remedy under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Rgd

As regards Petitioners' grievance that action be taken against the concerned revenue authorities, the Petitioner can always approach the Hon'ble Lok Ayukta, which forum is constituted for the grievance like one raised by the Petitioner. 3.

Since all these remedies are available and serious disputed questions of fact would arise, Writ Petition is not an appropriate remedy. Keeping all contentions open, Writ Petition is disposed of.
