DATED : 21-06-2023 The limited grievance of the petitioner which is pressed is that although there are vacancies on the establishment of Amravati Zilla Parishad, his repatriation from Akola Zilla Parishad to Amravati Zilla Parishad is not considered.

The petitioner is relying on order dated 06-6-2015 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati which refers to the decision of the High Court in bunch of writ petitions. 3.

We are informed that the decision making authority is respondent 3.

It appears that formal application or

We grant liberty to the petitioner to prefer a formal application or representation to respondent 3 within the next two weeks.

If such application or representation is preferred within the time stipulated, the same shall be considered on its own merit and in accordance with the rules or policy applicable, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the application or representation.
