The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is to direct the respondent No.1 to repatriate the services of petitioner from Panchayat Samiti Telhara, Zilla Parishad Akola to Panchayat Samiti, Nandgaon Khandeshwar, District Amravati against the post of Resource persons with all consequential benefits of service.

The petitioner is relying on the declaration by which the petitioner is intended to be repatriated. It appears that the formal application and representation is preferred by the petitioner on 04.07.2023.

We direct the respondent No.3 to consider the representation preferred by the petitioner.

If such application or representation is preferred and pending before the authority, it shall be considered on its own merit and in accordance with the Rules or Policy applicable within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
