In view of the Full Bench Judgment in the matter of Kalpana wd/o. Vilas Taram and Anr. Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors. reported in 2024(4) Mh.L.J. 312, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to appear before respondent No.1 on 28.10.2024.

We direct the respondent Nos. 1 to deal with the claim of the petitioner for substitution and consideration for grant of compassionate appointment afresh in the light of observations in the Full Bench judgment.

Let the decision be communicated within four weeks from the date of appearance of the parties. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
