SEPTEMBER 29, 2025 1) The petitioner approached the Court seeking directions against the respondents to consider his case for premature release in terms of Section 432 read with 433 and 433A of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

2) Learned APP submits that respondent No.2 has forwarded the proposal to respondent No.1 for consideration. 3) If that be so, the petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No.1 to take a decision within stipulated time i.e. on or before 10/11/2025.
